Creation of the Dive Boat Sheet for Diving Centers

Speed Up Your Preparations
Leave behind the manual processes of compiling boarding lists and boat sheets. This new feature simplifies the entire process through digitalization.
With just a few clicks, you can now automatically generate a boat sheet on customized letterhead, including all essential details. This not only reduces the risk of errors but also allows you to prepare each diving excursion with greater efficiency and precision.
How it works
- Boat Sheet Compilation: Before each dive, the diving center can use FastReplySignature to automatically create a boat sheet on customized letterhead. This document includes all essential details such as the boat’s name, crew members (including instructors), the list of participants in the dive, and the diving location.
- Participant Selection: The system allows you to view the list of everyone who has signed the Liability Waivers recently. From this list, with a series of filters, you can select the participants for the specific dive with one click.
- Boat Sheet Printing: After compiling the boat sheet, the document is ready to be printed. This ensures you have a complete and well-organized sheet ready for use during the excursion. The system allows you to collect and organize the most important information of each customer participating in the dive, such as name, phone number, email, number of dives, type of certification, and other relevant data.
Why is the Boat Sheet important?
A register of people on board is a widely adopted practice by diving centers, both for safety reasons and to optimize the management of operations. Here are the main reasons:
- Safety: Having an updated list of people on board (divers, instructors, guides, and crew) provides a clear overview in emergency situations, for example to identify who is still diving and who has already surfaced.
- Internal procedures: Many diving centers follow internal protocols that include checking attendance at different critical stages of the activity. It is advisable to carry out a check-in during the initial briefing to verify participants, a control during boarding to ensure everyone is on board, and another check after the dive to confirm that everyone has returned safely. These steps ensure compliance with safety standards and provide clear traceability of participants at all times.
- Local requirements: In some regions, maritime authorities require the passenger list as part of the standard documentation for sea operations.
Thanks to FastReplySignature, managing the Boat Sheet, that is, the Onboard Attendance Register of guests, becomes simpler, faster, and safer.
